2023 is set to be an important year for Leeds Church Institute as they step forward with four new members of staff and two new members of Council, all of whom joined at the end of 2022.
One of their new staff members is Bronagh Daly – who has been the CAFOD community participation coordinator for the Leeds Diocese for several years. She has now joined LCI in a new post as their ‘Faith and Creativity’ lead.
There is an open invitation to a church service at the start of the year to commission new members of staff. The service falls within the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity and they will join with Christians around the globe focussing on Be-Longing: Praying for Unity amidst Injustice using resources prepared by churches in Minneapolis.
After the service there will be refreshments in the City of Leeds Room, time to talk and to hear more about LCI plans for 2023.
